Great buying experience for 1st new car I would strongly recommend BMW Mt. Kisco. Matt Hermoza was excellent and extremely knowledgable. He was also very tolerant of the worries of 1st time new car buyer. The lines of communication at the dealership were also top notch. All my calls and emails were returned promptly. At this point, their isn't much more to say except thanks BMW Mt. Kisco.

Great Buying Experience My recent purchase of a BMW 320 was a pleasure and a breeze. Richard Wiley has been my husband and my go to salesman every time our lease runs out and we get to choose a new BMW! Service and Repair When I arrived for my appointment someone was there to greet and take my car. Once inside, their was a 2 minute wait before everyone (5 other customers) was placed with various Service Representatives. My rep. Vincent was excellent; he listened intensively to my car concerns/issues ensured me that he would keep me informed about the progress and Vincent did exactly what he said. My car was returned with all issues resolved.
Excellent Service Excellent service, and once again my service advisor Seth, was great, respectful, and personable , he sells fMt Kisco with his service.. It is a pleasure dealing with him, would recommend. Him anytime to anyone. I am from Brooklyn and because of the service that I receive i take the 45 min ride, thank you Mr Seth and Mt Kisco.
