very good follow up, good explanation of services Rich McCarthy was very nice, not pushy and great at followup to my emails and phone calls. Although he had two customers at once, and the process slow he kept us informed as to why it took so long. Service Manager Vince iactually cares Just took delivery of my third car from these guys, a 435ix convertible. I keep coming back because they are good people, they care about the ongoing family relationship, and when I had a serious problem with my 335 a few years ago, the service manager threw out the rule book and made things right even at their own cost.

excellence and integrity The repair service is excellent. The Manager of the Service Department is Vincent Robustello and he is absolutely the best. I am particularly impressed with the integrity of the service department. The defect in my car was discovered while the car was under warranty. The repair was completed after the warranty period expired. This is pursuant to the terms of BMW policy. This is an indication of both excellence and integrity.
Highly recommended Great experience, from initial contact to final delivery of my new car. Unlike my experience with other car dealers, they've tried to consult me on what's right for me - not sell what's good for them. Highly recommended (and absolutely worth the trip from Brooklyn!).
Great experience at bmw mount kisco I am a first time owner of a Bmw and BMW mount kisco made a first experience an absolute great one Sales Representitive Matt Hermona and Finance manager Joe Buentempo were great they answered all questions and concerns and took care of any minor bumps in the road in this process there customer service was absolutely terrific and they have a customer for life in me Kudos to them and the entire Bmw mount kisco staff!!
BMW purchase Picked up my BMW 320I last week Process was simple and quick. Sam Brown the salesman was both knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated that Sam was easy to deal with and did not have a high pressure way of conducting business. Overall my experience at BMW Mt Kisco was a very positive one.
