First Non-warranty Maintenance All services were required. I prefer to have them dealer-performed. This dealership is continually adding improvements to their waiting area. Great job.

BMW Mount Kisco Service Goes Above and Beyond! So this doesn't happen every day. My wife was in her car waving frantically at my son who was pulling onto our driveway while she was driving out. Her gold wedding band, which clearly needs to be sized, flew off her finger and into the back seat. No big deal, right? She just had to go into the back seat and find it lying there or on the floor. Just an inspection I dropped off my car early in the morning. Even at that time, the employees who were there before they were supposed to be were happy and helpful. On my way walking down the driveway to meet my friend who was going to pick me up, at least 3 employees on their way to work, stopped and asked if I needed a ride. The inspection took about 45 minutes, and then they dropped the car off where I worked. The whole experience couldn't have been better.
Fuel spill inside my car from a fuel pump replace I had a defective fuel pump that was replaced. There was a gasoline spill inside the passenger compartment that occurred during the repair which was poorly managed. My car still reeks of gasoline after airing for 1 week. Very sloppy
Watch Your Pocketbook on Service What most other people say about Mt. Kisco BMW is generally true. The facilities are nice and the buying experience and staff are professional. Under warranty, I had services done several times and that was fine, and the car is returned clean. However, recently I had my annual inspection and some other non-warranty work performed, and to my dismay, the cost of these services were initially absurd. Good experience Pretty good experience. Initially spoke to a salesman about a car and told me there was a no haggle policy so I emailed a supposed manager and got no response. Eventually I spoke to another manager and he couldn't do anything either. I ended up gettin the car anyway cause it was a good deal but still as a customer I like to feel like I was getting something. Minor issue Walked out of a lease, and decided to purchase a similar vehicle. At the beginning of the process everything was very casual, and professional. However when it came to the day to pickup my CPO, there were a few issues with the degredation of professionalism all together. When the advisor decided to essentially call me a liar while insulting my intelligence; while stating it mildly was very unprofessional, and rude.
