BAD place This is the kind of dealership that gives the industry a bad name. I've purchased ~20 cars in my life, including 8 or 9 new BMWs, but no dealer even comes close to the BS that came from Ian, the GM at this place. One lie after the next (most of which is proven in emails with him). All classic bait and switch maneuvering followed by CYA behavior when called out. Purchase BMW X3 at BMW Mount Kisco NY Unfortunately during the negotiation of the car purchase I was told that I would get two new tires for the car and this never happened. Upon delivery of the vehicle they stressed that it had two new tires but it was not true.
service to my BMW 528 This was a terrible experience and not the fist time i have had issues with their service at BMW Mount Kisco I wrote two follow up emails and made 2 calls to senior management and they were un responsive. The charged me for an unauthorized diagnostic after they told me a warrantied part that was defective was my fault. Howard Kaufman bmw M3 2002Convertible My car was at the dealer ship for Several repairs. The convertible roof, and glove box 5$4 HD thx gas Ctr free glove box was charged for parts And labor and never repaired. The dash and gps dates and times were never re Set even though the battery was disconnected To work on the concerting top. The people That delivered my car left a three quarter cup of Coffee and it spilled all over my interior.

Disappointing The people at his dealership do not appear to care about their clients. The leasing process was awful. The communication when I brought my 80 something thousand dollar car in was all on me and no one ever reached out to me to provide me with a status. Extended warranty hoax Unfortunately I have nothing but negative feedback for this dealership. We purchased our SUV from Mt. Kisco BMW three years ago. We planned on this vehicle being our primary vehicle so we also purchased an extended warranty and an additional service contract to cover major replacements. BMW X3. Freq windshield fogging Came in with above problem. Free loaner always nice. No phone calls from service advisor for update. Called myself following day to be told no problem found. Again reinformed advisor that in past problem had been low charge in A/C system. So at end of day I again called myself (no call from him) to be told that yes low charge was found and will be recharged. Could they keep it over weekend to Monday?? No please finish it for tomorrow Sat. Was completed.
Scott's M240I service I wasn't notified that my car was not ready and made a trip from the city needlessly. I was told that the rattle from the dashboard was part of a recall and the part took an unexpectedly 5 days to arrive. I got the car back yesterday and the rattle is still there
