Worse than poor service from BMW Mt Kisco Don't buy any protection program from BMW business manger Joe Buontempo. He was very nice and promised everything when he wanted you to buy the protection program. Once you did it, he became unavailable when you needed him. After a very long delay, you may finally get his service, but his service is worse than pathetic because he did NOT do the job. Abusive atmosphere Very dissatisfied. The service department seemed unable to figure out their own cars.
Terrible Experience Terrible experience with this dealer. They called several times to set up an appointment. I agreed and was very specific on what I wanted to buy and also that I wanted to test drive a car that they told me they had in the showroom. One day before appointment, they called and said the manager could not let me test drive unless I was willing to commit to buy the car!
