The worse dealership Had an oil change done in may. Drove home and my bmwx1 went on fire. The forensic report showed a mistake was made with the oil change. BMW of mount kisco offered me a 2018 BMW X1 with 25000 miles. I refused and the general manager told me I demanding a lot. I wanted a new car or almost new. The only thing I got was value of the car minus money I owned. This was paid by the insurance company. Had to go through Bmw of North America to get rental car money back. BMW X5 40i Sold me a brand new X5 with faulty battery. Worst think on this was, they were trying to convince me that was nothing wrong with the battery. I knew it, and I think they knew it that was not the case. Called the following days multiple times a left messages to request my paperwork to be emailed, no one responded.
Worst dealership I have ever been too An absolutely awful experience. Rude and dishonest. Steer clear. Dealt with Jamal incredibly rude.

Horrific The worst dealership to deal with. Wouldn’t give deposit back. Wouldn’t match price every other dealership would. Lies and is extremely rude all throughout. Then lied to try and get my review taken down. Words cannot express how awful a dealership they are. I would avoid at all costs. If you make the unwise decision of choosing them, avoid Mark, Gary, Edgar and Jamal.

Jay?s Beamer Didn?t expect for an oil change to take an hour but he should have said that they include an overview of the car.

Very Disappointed On 12/8/2018 I leased a new 3-Series BMW with a reading of 314 miles on the odometer. I was told even though the millage listed, it was considered new vehicle. Presently, the car has 10,300 miles. When i brought this care in a few days ago for an oil change, i was informed I was no-longer entitled to a complimentary oil change and my service charge with be over $800.00. i have leased many BMW's in the past and never was responsible for any oil changes. Horrible experience, Lies and deceive What a Huge Disappointment. Worst experience ever had a Luxury Car Dealer. This is not that BMW Experience you expect stay away from this people. See attachments of the series of events. NOT GREAT EXPERIENCE they were suppose to give me two set of keys per contract , but still i have not received . if i get it done on my own IT is going to cost me $ 500 .00 .
Disappointed with Management and Professionalism Our experience with BMW Mt. Kisco as of August 5th has not been a pleasant one. We purchased a used pre-owned 2015 BMW 3 series almost 2 years ago. It was certified and under warranty up until 3 months ago. Unfortunately, the turbo blew. We had to have it towed to Mt. Kisco BMW on August 5, 2020.
