My vehicle needed routine service - the appointment was easy to schedule (within 3 days of calling) and it could not have been easier to drop off/pick up. They texted me when it was ready which was nice.

Scott Grumbly in the Spokane dealership service department does a super job. He treats you well as a customer and does an excellent job of making you feel he truly cares about the customer.
Sticking to the schedule of regular maintenance I learned upon checking in that they were unusually swamped! Was informed my service would take about 2 hours. They dropped me off at a nearby coffee shop where I got some work done and time passed quickly. I really appreciate Kevin being up front with me on the time and I loved his upbeat attitude! And they had washed my car AND vacuumed the floors??EXCELLENT
I drove over from MT to service a couple recalls. I had to leave my car overnight and Scott got us into a great loaner vehicle. They diagnosed another small issue/concern which I was charged $88 for just the diagnosis. Wasn’t sure why that charge was necessary since the car was in for a much larger service already. Service was fast and went ahead of schedule and we were able to get on the road earlier. Overall a good experience-thank you.
I have nothing to say at this time. I appreciate, Scott getting a loaner car for me. I will be needing another one when I bring my car in for service next time.
Scott was very professional and the detail job made my car look brand new...I will be back ion fall for second clean up for winter
