Our experience with the BMW Service Center is always positive. Scott is very knowledgeable and helpful. He answers all my technical questions in depth and provides useful tips for keeping our X3 in top running condition. This visit he helped solve a rare and unusual alarm system problem, and quickly warrantied a replacement key fob. We couldn't be happier with him and the service department.

We were treated extremely well and felt comfortable in all aspects while purchasing our car. This is the first dealership everybody should consider when purchasing a high quality vehicle. Made an appointment to have winter tires changed for my regular tires. Since I was there, they suggested the oil change (which I appreciated). The wait for s service advisor to help me took longer than I expected, and the service took a little longer than I was told. (I was told 2 hours and it was 3 hours.)
We got an appointment within the week and were very satisfied with the service received. Kevin called to go over issues and pricing before proceeding and was very honest and fair.
