they also replaced the battery, possibly defective, and changed the oil. Neither were requested. I also asked for a wheel alignment mid day and they did it without hesitation. The car was ready on time as requested.
The service team was very professional and attentive. All repair work was completed on time and to my satisfaction. The communications process was excellent. I would certainly recommend this dealership to other BMW owners.
Good people, good service. good facilities, people very helpful. Everything went very smooohly and the whole deal went pretty fast and I'm happy. Don't know what else to write. I only had one visit there and I haven't had any service or other contacrt with parts or service.
Needed blower motor replaced due to recall, once parts arrived Kevin got service right on it Big head ache out of the way. Thankyou very much.

Brett was great - game me all the info I needed over the phone. When I went in, Brett was off but Jupiter jumped right in and provided superb help. He was very patient while showing me different vehicles and letting me test drive the ones I was most interested in (even in the frigid rain). And the financing guy (Bo) was awesome. Done in a short time and he never tried to cram a rip-off extended warranty down my neck.
Scott Grumbly is A Cut Above! He always is friendly, and goes the extra yard to really great service. I always recommend him highly, thanks Scott.
