I had issues with my Z4 BMW with hard starting. They checked my codes and noted it had a fuel problem. They checked fuel pressure, leakage, and gas cap leakage. All tested good, with no issues. All told they were through even if they could find nothing wrong. They replaced two of my old drive belts, washed, cleaned the interior, and made me feel good that they did the right things. Yes, I’m happy with their service, and will go back again if other troubles arise.
They understood who i was as a buyer and never pressured me and were happy to answer questions. I visited three times and texted Tyson multiple times over a year. He never tired or answered back with any impatience. He understands who his buyer is and courted me accordingly.
BMW of Spokane has made great improvements in the quality of their service in these past few years. Work is done right, on time, and as quoted. The waiting room is comfortable with lots of seating, refreshments, and entertainment. You are kept well informed before, during, and after your service appointment. My experience with the purchase of my new vehicle for BMW - Spokane was enjoyable, short, and so pleasant, that I almost wished it would have taken longer. I felt like I was talking to long time friends who had my back and wanted to make sure that this was the right vehicle for me at the right price.
Prompt service, courteous, and accommodating with my busy schedule. They perform needed services without upsale. I do not know vehicles very well and I have asked about doing things I thought my vehicle should need. They could easily have agreed with me but instead explained why I didn’t need it.
The service department and detail department are top notch! This two departments are a five star facility. Express your concerns and they will fix them. You need to turn 2006 200,700 mile car into brand new looking and smelling take it to this facility to have their detail shop take car of you.
We own a Mini Cooper and had previously needed to travel to Fife to take our car in for its service appointments. We were delighted to find a location a little closer to us. We brought our car in for its yearly checkup and we were extremely happy with the customer service we received from the young man helping us (last name Cooper, ironically) and happy with the prompt and complete service on our vehicle.
I was very impressed the way I way treated , and I will bring my care back whenever needed to repair or to service.. I am very proud of my BMW and , I know I can trust BMW of Spokane to treat me right and to do an excellent job with their Team Sincerely , Angelo Chavez
