Scott Grumbly facilitated service on our car while we needed to be away for a few days. His help made drop off and return of our vehicle a breeze. We are very appreciative, and of course all the service due was performed as we've come to expect.
They have always provided excellent service with explanations of the work done. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to have their car serviced.

The service department team at BMW of Spokane is wonderful to work with. Every time I go in I feel extremely welcomed and the staff is very open and honest about the service to be completed on your car. As a female sometimes it can be intimidating to have your car serviced. The staff does a great job at explaining what needs to be completed on your car and why.
Owning a BMW has isn’t perks and downfalls. I am a BMW family and we love our cars, but you have to properly maintain and care for them. The Sevice center at Camp BMW in Spokane are fast, accurate, and friendly. My experience with the sales department was great. They let me change my mind as many times as I wanted, and tried to help me with everything I needed.
I tried sereval things before having my 2007 328i towed to the dealer. I had a key code on the dash. Research suggested that my car no longer recognized my key. It however ended up being a failed starter.They had it repaired the next day.
I was running slightly late and Kevin was accomodating after receiving my email. My service works was doen -alignment and oil change in less than 2 hours. :) I used the time to meet with Tyson and discuss a new BMW.
