In and out paperwork for a new to us twin (almost) i3, and a loaner to run errands while our i3 charges. Looking forward to the delivery of the twin!! Yes we love the i3 technology.
Work was done as requested and timely. Nice job! This is a busy department but seems to run efficiently. As a plus, the waiting room is well stocked and comfortable.
Very helpful with recall repair of seatbelts. Even washed and vacuumed. Vehicle was ready by early afternoon as promised. Would highly recommend BMW of Spokane.

We had an overall easy transition trading our 2006 BMW X5 for the 2014 BMW X3. Staff was very attentive, including people from sales, service and finance. One of the easiest, non stressful car purchases we have ever made and believe me, we have made many over the past 40 years or so. The service at BMW has been consistently great over the years. The service department guys make it easy to schedule, are very thorough with the analysis of my car every time!
The staff is always very friendly and accommodating making sure I am comfortable and very easy to do business with they get me in at my convenience and deliver on promises. The Team is always very efficient and pay attention to the small details.
