In & out quickly. good service on a flat tire with runflats. BMW 535XI M Sport 2013. Run flats are overpriced and have a very low mileage on an X drive.
My I3 airbag software was recalled and I was contacted by the dealership. My car was serviced and was given a loaner for the day with minimal hassle.
They were very expeditious in getting my oil change and inspection done. The waiting area was comfortable and well appointed. I purchased an extended warranty through Mr. Lively and he was very patient and thorough in explaining the coverages, costs, and exclusions.
I appreciate the text message reminders about my appointment. I was able to cancel and rescheduled the appointment using this feature and it was very handy. It’s always a good experience where one can read, watch television, have a coffee or water in a comfortable waiting room. And the manager was quick to provide me with a hose chewed through by rodents in the event that my insurance policy might cover it. Everyone is prompt, courteous, helpful, and the car is always in good shape after servicing.
I was told by another customer about the lease car purchase program. They gave me the sales man number an we started to email each other he found the right car for me. Did a great job!!
I was quickly greeted and welcomed by Adel. He informed me that Steve was still working with his customer and asked if I would be okay if he showed me the car. I had no hesitation in saying sure that would be just fine. I was quickly impressed when he said I will go get car and bring into a heated space and not stand out in sub zero weather.
