I like that they give me options. Working with Scott, he gives me the details of what they have decided my car needs and then helps me come up with a plan. I like that I feel like I'm in the driver's seat on the solutions to my car's problems. Also the courtesy shuttles to work and back are a bonus. It has allowed me to focus on my work while they focus on my car.
This dealership has gone through changes and it is noticeable. Work was complete, no longer am I worried about the issues resurfacing. I was treated with respect and kept informed on the progress of my vehicle. Very happy with this experience!
Great service and people every visit! Love the care call to schedule the needed services and the service team's fast, friendly service when you arrive at the dealership/service center.
The dealership is nice, Service Rep (Mitch) was efficient and knowledgeable, waiting area was well-equipped with TV, coffee drinks, and good selection of snacks, handy bathrooms. All of the work done was explained well, and definitely needed, although of course a little pricey (expected with a beemer, though). Thanks
The customer service is great,They have b been very accommodating taking care of all my needs, I have left my BMW there for an extended period of time while it has been serviced and I have full confidence that when I pick it up, it will be fully serviced. Quite a bit of work needed to be done, and I don't even check on the status, I know that when it is finished to my satisfaction they will be giving me a call.
Competent, professional service on all points of our purchase experience. We are very pleased with our new purchase. Adel provided an excellent introduction and test drive of the BMW X3. His honesty and forthrightness was most appreciated. He was able to work with us through the final pricing negotiations. Turned out to be nothing, possibly related to recent gas cap change but not certain this is what triggered the warning light. Kevin and the service department are always very helpful, responsive and great to work with. However, I am not at all happy with my car, have had more service calls with this vehichle in the last year than I did with my previous car over 7 years.
