Excellent customer service, and very well-managed. A special shout out to Haley Persichilli. I drove my car into service center and was going to be waiting until it was done in about 3 hours. Not only did Haley kept me updated on the progress in person, but keeping me in the know on a certain material shortage that they were anticipating.
