My BMW 328i was due for engine oil service in July. Booked an online appointment and went 5 minutes before. Howard handled very nicely. But only dissatisfaction was, Car was not cleaned properly inside and outside.
To be honest, I wasn't planning on buying when I went in there, just came to test-drive. One thing left to another and I got bitten by the BMW 3-Series Bug. Everyone there was pleasant and friendly. If they don't know they will find an answer. To make sure everyone is on the same page, it is always great to have your list of questions before coming to any dealership and know your numbers, and double check them 2x :).
Brad was great! not pushy, easy going, and honest. I would come back for another BMW. Great perk is that they will pick up your BMW for service and drop it off at no charge.
Dennis Smith was great. He did not pressure us but was available and ready when we were. Very Easy experience for us and very quick.

Drove into dealership on a Saturday and explained my issue with the Service Writer. We scheduled an appointment for the following week. Brought car in and everything was taken car of with no problem. Car was vacuumed, washed, tire shine, windows cleaned. GREAT SERVICE Experience as always.
