I have had my 2006 BMW serviced at BMW of Watertown since I purchased it. All of the service has been done with expert care. I have been totally satisfied with the courtesy, diligence and professionalism of the staff. I know when I need a new car this will be the place I will go.

I had a very good sale rep his name was Karl. They did an outstanding job on helping me find the best car for my budget. The finance guy was really nice and made everything hassle free. He took the time to go through all the paperwork. Best dealership I have done business with they are an honest car dealer and care about the customer. I had a couple of issues with a 8 month old car that got to the point I was annoyed enough I brought them in to be rectified. When dropping my car off first thing in the morning, I was pleasantly greeted by Elizabeth. One of my service issues happens sporadically so Elizabeth arrange for Mike to come out so I could attempt to recreate the problem. Always satisfied with the service here in Watertown but it has improved over the last few years since Hoffman BMW has taken over the dealership.

My warranty was nearly up and the brakes felt soft so I dropped off car for inspection. Replaced front brake pads, gave me a great loaner vehicle and washed the car. Fantastic experience.
Howie really knows how to take control of whatever the customers needs are without us even asking. His service, knowledge, and professionalism are certainly an asset to Hoffman BMW of Watertown. To be fully honest, the entire staff is excellent and ever since new ownership came into the town everyone has been raving about their service and sales experiences. Lastly, Dennis in sales is always there to get me caught up on all my questions when I come in. I'm looking forward to my current lease ending to start fresh again.
