I don't like the waiting around game or all the other hold ups when it comes to buying a car. I looked at the dealerships inventory on line. Found a couple cars I liked. Did a credit application on line and by the end of the day I was approved. I made a appointment with a sales person named Dennis Smith. My sales person Dennis was very professional and did not do any of the pushing or pulling on me when it came down to buying a car. This was our first time having service done here. Eric was my service rep and Dan worked on the car. They identified a few problems we we're expecting and took care of everything to our complete satisfaction. There are two things left on the list to address and the car will be like new again. Very nice staff, they were very helpful. Selection of cars was great. The price and financing was good also. Sales man was very nice and helpful, got car ready for delivery for me right away.

Visiting BMW of Watertown was a great experience from the beginning to end. Charles Park greeted me outside and for the next couple days worked with me until I found the BMW series that fit my needs. He was very knowledgeable about each vehicle and made sure each test drive I got the full package details. Great dealership! The staff went above and beyond what I had expected. Contacting them was super easy and they were very professional. I would highly recommend this dealership for any BMW service.
Again the service was top notch. The team (Liz) is always attentive and keeps me informed on the progress of the repair. Additional details like the staff that provided me a ride while car was in the shop were great people and a terrific extension of the service department. The mechanic was thorough and explained the issue (through the service advisor) and resolved the issue. I highly recommend the service team!
Elizabeth Lafond goes above and beyond to make sure everything is fixed properly. She listens and makes sure that all your concerns are addressed. I've had problems in the past with other BMW dealerships and I must say I've had nothing but exceptional service from this dealership.
