Michael has been great to work with. He has explained everything in detail and been very nice and accomodating. No hassles at all! I had an unusual service need and Michael went out of his way to help me and make things flow smoothly. I have never had such good service at BMW before .... I have been a customer for a long time and appreciate all you do.
Service experience was great. The car was done on time. The service advisor, Harris Fecher was excellent! The dealership also cleaned the car so it looked great. I would highly recommend this dealership and service representative to everyone. I look forward to returning to them.
It is amazing how much Ryan catered to my needs. These experiences are usually very stressful for me, but Ryan explained everything in detail and showed unbelievable hospitality. I had an excellent experience with Harris. He went above and beyond what he needed to do to help me feel at ease with my car's servicing. I have never walked away feeling so good about whose hands my car was in. I will never do to another dealership again.
I have always been impressed with the service at BMW of Escondido. My service person michael duplessis is a really cool guy, he always helps me out and does whatevers possible to get me in and take care of me and my car. I especially like how professional all the employees are and how polite they are when I drive in for service. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my BMW friends.

this was the first time i used your dealership. i just purchased a mini and love it. i was recommended by a friend to use your service department. brandon martinez was my service advisor. he was very helpful. i just moved to the area and dont know to much about the area. i didnt feel that i was just another number per say. he was very knowlegable and just an all around good guy. i definetely will be back to see brandon
I worked with michael duplessis, he is a very helpfull individual. His communication was excelent and he described all the work that was performed on my vehicle. He even was n ice enough to give me a free loaner vehicle for me to drive while my vehicle was worked on. I will refer my friends and family to go to bmw of escondido.
The Dealership is both friendly and clean. John Coons is my Service Advisor and has been so for about the past 6 years. I'm on my second 7Series and John has taken care of both. He is always friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. My appointment is always acknowledged and my vehicle ready as promised. I almost always wait for my vehicle since John gets me in and out in 2 hours or less. I use the Internet lounge and work on my laptop while waiting for my vehicle.
