Harris always provides excellent service, and he's very helpful and friendly. I've worked with him for several years, and he's always delightful. I also like the dealership very much. They're easy to work with, very customer oriented, do excellent work and hire good people. The service is consistent and always excellent.
When arriving for my service appt, I was late and very worried I wasnt going to be able to keep my appointment. Brandon was very helpful and even got me a ride to my work place. He was AWEOME!!!!!! I will definately be back and use Brandon as my Advisor!

BMW of Escondido go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Michael Duplessis was very friendly and professional. The ability to schedule a loaner car, that is always a BMW, makes it much easier to fit service calls into my schedule.
Out of the dealerships I've dealt with in the past, from a variety of companies, BMW of Escindido was by far the one I'd recommend most. Harris Fecher was outstanding as a service representative, and made the experience that much better. He was very friendly and helpful, going beyond what I would have expected. Everyone I interacted with was also very helpful.
I had an emergency with my M3 convertible. The top had a part break off, so I needed to have the car seen immediately. I called Michael in the morning and he had me come over within 2 hours. He had the service foreman come make sure my top would go back up into place. Mike was a real life saver for me and I greatly appreciate the prompt and excellent service he provided to me.
I brought in my car fir service, John Coons was my advisor. He was very friendly and talked me through what my car needed and how long it would take for it to be ready. Gave me recommendations on how to keep my car running smoothly. Was very happy with my visit. He was great.
