I have had a wonderful experience at BMW of Escondido over the past years. Having purchased many cars throughout my life, I honestly feel this dealership exceeds all of my expectations. I brought my BMW 323 in for a recall notice I received in the mail. I was able to be seen promptly & was completely satisfied with the service I received. John was very knowledgeable & even took the extra time to answer other questions I had not concerning the recall.

Came in to browse around and felt very welcomed. Great selection of vehicles to choose from. Great facility. The dealership is conveniently located in a place that I could see it very good so I did not have problems finding it. Talked to an employee named Ryan that who was very informative
They were fast and relatively cheap. And super friendly. I didn't have to wait in line and car ready same day. I wish BMW had longer grace period for it's warranty. Overall, much better than I expected. I plan on going back if I need more maintenance on my x5. Thanks.
