BMW of Alexandria is simply outstanding. I recently leased my second car from them, and from Hossein Alavi in sales, to Ogun who manages the dealership, to Lila Branch, he person assigned to show my how the car works, to Peter Logsdon the Finance Manager, they were simply terrific people with whom to work. They were straight forward, friendly, and credible. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone wishing to purchase or lease a BMW. Michael Cook

I am a little late in submitting a review as I purchased my 528 BMW in January 2016, but wanted complete one anyway. Malik is an outstanding salesman who provided me with an awesome experience...I truly felt that I was "a valued customer." I have owned BMW (in another state and bought from a diff dealership), Audi and other luxury cars in the last 20 years, making my exposure to different sales associates quite interesting. with this said: I have never come across a nicer, friendlier, informative and professional advisor as Jeff Rodriguez of BMW alexandria, Va. in addition to his comprehensive knowledge of the style of BMW I had inquired about, he was extremely respectful to my budget without being pushy or annoying. Initial contact with the dealership was the result of an Internet query. Jeff Rodriguez responded quickly and suggested that I come by the dealership. After trading a few emails and phone calls, I came to the dealership and was greeted by Jeff. Jeff worked diligently to find me the model/features I was looking for. Worked with Jeff Rodriguez. Called Jeff up with the model I was looking for and we were able to settle on a price quickly over phone and email. The vehicle was ready when we got here and the paperwork was quick. Would highly recommend.

My sales experience with BMW Client Advisor Malik was superb!!! He listened to my requirements as a customer for the type of car needed. He didn’t utilize any hardcore sales techniques; he was quite pleasant and understanding in his sales approach. He presented me with three car options to choose from and allowed me to test drive the cars. I am proud to say I am happy with my purchase of the BMW 320i. I would highly recommend anyone who is in the market to buy a car to go to BMW of Alexandria and ask for Malik!!!

I just purchased my 5th BMW (between my wife and me ranging from a 335 convertible & X3 to my new 328GT) from Hossein Alavi at BMW of Alexandria. As usual, a seemless experience from the test drive thru dealing with Al in Finance. Great service and product knowledge are usual. What is particularly helpful is Hossein knows me, what I like and what it's going to take for me to be satisfied with the product. As a result, there's no buyer's remorse or dissatisfaction later with the product.
