I came in with my mom looking for my next car. Michael Wilbert was a great help. We spent about 6 hours with him over the course of 2 weekends and were able to find the perfect car for me. He was open to negotiation, thorough with his paperwork, peppy/friendly, and agreeable to service on the bumpers I requested. Additionally, he assisted in registration and insurance on the spot so I didn't have to worry about it after the fact. We worked with Michael Wilbert when buying our X3. He offered a friendly, knowledgeable and fun experience. He asked questions about our level of experience with the technology, driving systems, etc. and adjusting his interaction accordingly.
