My daughter and I stopped in to look at car we saw online. We met Jeff Rodriquez a salesman with the dealership. Jeff was kind, friendly and more than happy to meet our needs. Jeff's a super guy that I recommend to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Michael Wilbert is nice and attentive to the customers' needs. He was patient and took the time to find me the exact car that I was looking for. He walked the parking lot until finding a car that I wanted and then took the SUV for a test drive. Michael went above & beyond and was so informative and helpful throughout the process. From the beginning I felt welcome by Malick Faye. He came to pick me up from airport and when we got to the dealership He ordered some food for me to eat while all the documents got put together. After everything was signed. He got me with another person to make sure I was able to setup all the radio and GPS or any other systems in the car before I drove of. Perfect experience.
I recently bought a 2013 528i from BMW of Alexandria. The experience was amazing overall from the time I walked in until when I drove away in my new vehicle. The first visit my ID was accidentally left behind. Malick took it upon himself to drive around 20 miles to drop off the ID at my apartment building during his lunch break.
