I never expected to find the model of Kia I was looking for on a BMW lot but, there is was. I was concerned about the kind of service I would get since I wasn't buying a BMW (this time). I had a great experience with purchasing my new 2014 BMW 328i GT. I used the USAA Car Buying service, and received a great price, with no hassle pricing. It was a friday night at 6pm I bought my car in with three different sensors on,I was in a panic cause I needed to get back home to NJ, Well Maryam had my car done by 1130am On a Saturday,of all days she made it happen. For this I will always be a customer with them.Since I travel between nj and dc so often its nice to know I can get great service in both states. I just wanted to inform someone that Maryam really went over and beyond. And she got me a loaner car too... Thank you..
