I found this to be one of the best service dealerships experiences I have encountered. The staff were extremely professional, helpful as well as understanding of the customer's needs. The mechanics work showed a high level of technical knowledge as well as actively looking out for the customer's satification.
Ordered my 04 330ci thru email and over the phone with my salesman. Smooth transaction all the way, I was kept updated on the progress of my vehicle and it actually arrived 2 weeks before I expected it. The day of pickup I was in and out in 45 minutes flat, great experience. Have not been in for service yet so I will reserve comment on the service department.
I've never before had such a positive experience at a dealer that I'd actually go out of my way to recommend a sales rep, and I can't think of a friend or family member who had a similar experience. But, that's now changed after my experience buying from Jerry Williams at BMW of Arlington. I'd shopped around the DC area for about a week, and I found my best deal there. These folks make car buying a pleasure! In addition to having a good selection of prior owned BMWs they have knowledgable, informative, responsive, friendly, and professional staff at every position. The cars prices are reasonable and in my case exceptional....best deal on the internet. My salesman, Nabil is the best.
Avoid dealing with the used car department here at all costs!! Getting information from the salesperson after I committed to purchase was like pulling hen's teeth; the manager is a nice guy but the dealership does not seem to have their act together; I sat at the salesperson's desk waiting hours (while the salesperson worked with other customers) for delivery of a car that I was paying cash for (they told me they were "too busy"); and I'm still waiting 7 weeks later for a reimbursement they promised me that day. Excellent customer service. Greg Jackson in the service department was very patient with me and informed me throughout the whole process of my car being fixed. I highly recommended BMW of Alexandria. I must say tho, everyone at BMW Alexandria is very knowledgeable and helpful. I didn’t want to leave anyone out. So if your reading this, your car needs some work so don’t hesitate.
