Great but not great Bought a certified 2014 328i. A few days later noticed key fob battery replacement needed and cigar fuse blowed. Live quick far so I end up replacing these items myself and my own money. I wonder if they ever check their certified vehicles.

Great experience We called ahead about a car we were interested in. They had it ready when we arrived and we were test riding withing 5 minutes. When it came time to haggle the price, they didn't budge much, but then the price was very good to start with. After we agreed on price, they took us to their theater room to watch a movie until the finance person was ready. It was nice to sit in a quiet room, relax and watch a movie for awhile.
