Outstanding!!! I always do my homework. I was looking at 4 different manufacturers with similar vehicles and price-points. Fantastic Experience!! Another great car buying experience with Kris Kramer at BMW of Minnetonka! We have purchased or leased all four of our current cars from Kris and the experience has been the same every time - he gets us the car we are looking for, with the features we want, at a reasonable price. Impulse buying Buying experiance was good. Will see how it goes concerning the things that they promised me. I hardly ever give 5 stars . I'll get back to you after I settle in with this car. Certainly potential for 5 stars if they follow up and don't just forget about me now that they have my dough. Selection was excellent and my salesman did everything he could to satisfy me.
