Excellent buying experience! Alex Tamarkin remembered me from a BMW sale over 20 years ago at a different dealership! Ordered my car at a distance, with emails, etc--car built precisely as I expected. Orientation with "Genius" very helpful. Much better buying experience compared to another brand high-end dealership several years ago. Keep up the good work!
Great out of state experience I live in Houston but they had the car that I wanted. Patrick was very helpful in helping me get the car all the way down here. He was also patient with me since I am not the easiest person to negotiate with. He kept me in the loop the whole time and even FaceTimed me so I could see the car "in person."
Staying With The Ultimate Driving Machine On my 2nd BMW lease which was going to end this May 2017, I came in to BMW of Minnetonka to have my 2014 435i serviced and maybe peek at something new for 2017. As usual my client advisor Kris Kramer was there to help me with anything that I was considering and even though I was very tempted to take off in a 440i convertible by his desk, I ultimately decided to purchase my 435i with 4500 miles as she has never seen a Minnesota winter and never will.
