Excellent Experience Buying New BMW I walked into this dealership interested in a car but still shopping around. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Matt Liebig was the person who introduced me to BMWs. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He loves the cars and you can sense his enthusiasm. This kind of car can sell itself and Matt was a tremendous help to me in making an informed, important decision. He answered every question I had and I had quite a few. It was the best car buying experience I have had.
Great experience buying a used vehicle We saw an Autotrader listing on a used SUV at BMW of Minnetonka and found the experience at there to be very no-hassle and thoroughly enjoyable. None of the "let me check with my manager" shenanigans. The asking price on the vehicle and offer for our trade-in were competitive and fair and the entire process was totally professional and courteous.
