A Superb Sales Experience When I worked with Kris on a new lease, I found him to be an absolutely stellar representative of BMW. I've owned the brand since the early 1970s. Kris distinguished himself, given his immediate response to my queries and his terrific facilitation of my new lease. In short, I could not have asked for better service. Good services! I and my wife had really good experience buying a car at this dealership. This is the first time we got a car loan. Ryan was our sales consultant. He did great efforts in helping us getting our car loan approved. Overall, he is really efficient. I love this dealdership.
Great dealership! I've been here for regular car maintenance and, most recently, to purchase a car. Never disappointed in both cases. Andre Prasad, the sales associate, was more than fantastic showing me prospect vehicles and eventually helping me not only select my new car, but also help me set it up and moving my stuff from my trade in. Brian Liepke in Service is also a great guy to work with. Clearly this dealership invest in their staff! Overall great experience as always.
Fantastic service!! I worked with Patrick to buy a used BMW. I drove a lot of vehicles and looked for a couple of months before I found what I wanted, in my price range. They made buying a car a pleasure We bought an 2016 X3 from Craig at BMW Minnetonka and it was actually an enjoyable experience. Craig was very knowledgeable and helpful. They had a variety of X3's and with Craig's help, we found one that was perfect for us. They gave us a reasonable trade-in value for our old X3 and we are very satisfied with the entire process!
