He was professional, knowledgable, and made the test drive and buying experience easy. Customer Service is 2nd to None!!! I was blown away by the amazing customer service I received at BMW of Minnetonka. I bought my car from Jeff Swanson. This is the second vehicle I have purchased through Jeff. I called him to ask if a particular car was still available and if I could come right over for a test drive. Purchased a 328xi. I was looking for a 3 series Xdrive and found a 2011 328xi at BMW of Minnetonka. Jeff Swanson is the salesman that I initially spoke with and then sold the car to me. Kris Kramer at BMW Minnetonka is amazing! Kris Kramer takes customer service to a whole new level! He is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly patient. The only agenda he was interested in was mine! He even stayed until 6:30pm the day before Thanksgiving just so that I could pick up my new car!
