BMW Minnetonka went out of their way for me! I was vacationing in AZ recently and had a vehicle that was approaching the end of its lease. Great Experience at BMW of Minnetonka My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Kathy Dittmer. Unlike sales personnel at other dealerships we visited, Kathy did not engage in any high-pressure sales tactics and instead patiently guided us through the entire leasing process. She also assisted with the early turn-in of my prior lease and made it really easy for us to drive off in our new X3 at a fantastic price.

outstanding experience in getting our new BMW430i We were looking for another BMW but one that was smaller than our 5 series because we are in a major city condo building. Ask for Amy Mattick - she was absolutely great to work with. Don't waste your time at other dealers Customer service is obviously top priority at BMW of Minnetonka. If you get the chance, work with Andre. He is straight forward, honest and gives you the impression that he really is working on your behalf. He will do what he can to get a deal done but at the same time give it to you straight. In my experience this is a rarity these days when it comes to buying a car. This is my second vehicle I have bought from them and I will be going back for as long as I live in the area.
Great Service and follow up This was my first experience with BMW of Minnetonka. Ryan Leach did an excellent job dealing with me. I first contacted him through email and set up an appointment to test drive an X6 I had my eye on. The appointment went very smooth. When I wanted to test drive the X6 M also he was very accommodating to this request. He made sure everything was ready going on to finance. I also appreciate his work afterwords getting the snow tire service. Thanks again
