First BMW I was just looking at cars on their websites and found one that I inquired about, within minutes Mark contacted me and we were able to set up an appointment for the next day. 2 days later, he came to pick me up 40 minutes away and I was riding home in my new car a few hours later. Overall great customer service, and management. Prices good too

Great experience! I'd been looking for just the right car for months and when I finally was ready to pull the trigger, I contacted BMW of Nashville. The car was in CA and they arranged shipping. It arrived in 3 days! Everything was smooth and easy, thanks to Ben. I love the car.
