Maintenance on my M240i BMW I was getting battery discharging notifications on my 2017 BMW M240i so I made an appointment with BMW of Nashville to look into the problem. When I arrived, I was quickly greeted by a service writer who made note of the problem and also asked if I had time to get the engine oil changed since it was due. I waited as the work was done and in less that two hours, I had a new battery, fresh oil, and a check of other fluids - all for free. From the moment we arrived to the moment we drove away in our "new" car, Ryan was extremely competent, knowledgeable and, perhaps most importantly to me, she was able to easily also connect with our teenage daughter. Very Positive Car Shopping Experience We had a very good car shopping experience with BMW of Nashville. Ben M. was very helpful, easy to talk to, and not pushy like so many car salesmen are. He remembered our names and was very kind to our children. Ben was very efficient and did everything possible to respect our time. I will say the waiting on the finance manager took a very long time, but it was a weekend and I know they were very busy!

Great experience Chad helped make the car buying process a very pleasant experience! We never felt pressured into any decisions. He was very knowledgeable.
