Fast and Friendly Never thought I would be writing a positive review on a car dealership. I don't like spending any more time than is necessary to shop for something that I know what I want, but Chad helped make this experience quick and cordial. BMW 428i My wife and I visited BMW of Nashville @ the 100 Oaks location. Originally we were looking at a 2014 X3. Unfortunately, it was out of our price range and a few days later sold. Our client-advisor Kevin was awesome and kept in touch. I came back the next week after viewing a 2008 3-series in their inventory. Oil change Overall great experience! Only took about an hour and I got a free wash! It'd be nice if they hand dried the car but thats no big deal. I'll be going back.

Emergency repairs X5 over heated on I-40 in Nashville. Responded with towing, scheduled appointment for hour later, arranged hotel as work required 8 hours, provided transport to and from hotel. Work was completed ahead of schedule. X5 now runs perfectly. Thank you BMW of Nashville.
