Emergency service/ repair X5 overheated on i-40 nashville. They arranged towing, scheduled repairs, arranged hotel as repairs required 8 hours work, and provided transport to and from hotel. The was done ahead of time. X5 now functions perfectly. Thank you BM W of Nashville, TN.

Great service Last time I brought my car in for servicing I was not pleased with the customer service. This time however I was very pleased. They told me it would be an hour and a half and it was an hour and a half. Very pleasant to deal with and I would highly recommend
