He makes the experience very easy to work with. Would recommend him if you need service on your BMW.

Flat Tire I was out of town where I'm building a new home outside of Nashville, was driving through streets where construction was going on and got not only 1 but 2 nails in my run flat Pirelli Tires. Was disappointed to hear that these tires could not be "repaired and plugged". Called BMW of Nashville at 1pm on a Friday, by 5pm I had 2 new tires installed and made it back to St. Louis the next day.
Great Experience Lisa Underwood was a pleasure to deal with. She made the buying experience easy and pleasurable. My daughter loves her vehicle. We will certainly call on Lisa again, as well as, recommend her to all our friends.
