Service sucks First day- took car out 8::30 for what they said was a 3 hour job. Late afternoon, no call so I called them. Not ready. Second day- no call about what's happening , when it will be ready or that it won't be ready at all today. I called them. Not ready. Third day- no call, no nothing. Late afternoon I called them. Yes it's ready. Would it be asking too much for them to communicate with the customer?

Disappointing Shaun in sales and Dillon in service are superb. However - management and other sales reps are not responsive - will not buy there again. Bought a 7 Series there in late Mar. of 17 and I' m soon to trade it and buy a Lexus at Sewell in Dallas where I've bought 4 cars - Lexus' service is impeccable and far superior to BMW Little Rock. Its been a very disappointing experience

Worst choice ever........ Worst place to ever by a used vehicle. I came in expecting to buy a 03 Eclipse with 111,*** miles for $6,500 after all expensies. I ended up signing the paper for 10,900 due to being rushed because it was an hour past closing. Stupid on my part for not reading it fully through, however, it was very selfish and minipulative of them.
