Part installed b The new rear view mirror arrived in a timely fashion and the service team was helpful. However, I was told it would reset itself and open the garage door. It doesn???t. My salesperson has to come to the house to resync the door and car.

BMW Little Rock First, no one answered the phone or returned my voice mail. The phone tree was a waste of time. When I finally got an appointment scheduled, on my 4th call, they were rude about a problem she was having with her Bluetooth- treated her like an imbecile, but they had to get their ???tech genius??? to correct the problem. Finally, the service should have been free but they charged her $277. So I???ve called, emailed, and texted about it today but no response. Deceptive I was a new customer coming in for the first time to get an oil change and a once over on my vehicle, never dealing with BMW before I was unaware that an overall inspection is done with this service I was charged over 200$ for something customary! And only found out when I returned for an oil change and requested a different service person who happens to look like me! Tires Got tires placed, the wait wasn???t bad at all. Overall with mounting & balance approx 2 hrs to complete job. Waiting on call ti bring car in for factory recall

Battery replacement My wife took her car in to have the battery replaced. It took over two hours and the labor we were charged was completely outrageous. The labor price can not be justified and it's sickening to know that you think it's normal and ok to charge a customer $500 to change a battery and reprogram the computer. I am a business owner and can not imagine taking advantage of my customers the way you do. Terrible business ethics.

Issues with radiator Radiators shouldn't have to be replaced on 4 year-old vehicles 5,000 miles out of warranty, EVER. But on the off chance they do, don't tell me you'll "match anyone else's price," when I advise I'm going to get a second opinion and shop a lower price. That's just tells me they could have, and should have, done it cheaper. Disappointed.

Bad service Mcclarty collision said car was ready. Turned in rental car. Then was told car had to go to bmw to resolve ???program??? issue they couldn???t fix. Went back and rented another car. 2nd charge for same day. No contact about status. Had to call over and over. Finally went back to ncclarty at 6 pm. Car remote not working. I???ll have to make another trip from Batesville to get resolved. So no. NOT GOOD

What else will go wrong? My thermostat went on on 2016 320. The automatic start and stop engine feature still does not work on the car. I???m beginning to think that I was given a defective car. All of the features do not work on the car. Each time that the car is brought in for service, there is always an issue. When will this get better? I expected SO much more from BMW and the car.

Quality work Took care of recall and identified some possible issues down the road. Then proceeded to wash the car and leave it cleaner than when it came in
