Didn???t complete work Several things needed to be done and had I not had another warning light come on my dash as I left, which wasn???t there when I dropped off my car, they wouldn???t have corrected the things they hadn???t completed. Also, didn???t receive the discount I was told I would receive. I returned to service center and pointed out the issue and it was fixed. Never had problems here before, just lack of attention to detail I guess. Just remember to double check the bill and double check the work before you leave... read more

Should have gone here first This guy "Antywon" went up, way past the call of duty. The other car dealership I bought my daughter's car from, would not help when we had it 3 weeks to the day. The only decent thing the other company did was contacted BMW & they were kind & step up to the plate. You all, these people get it what customer service is! Tire repair. Gaskets leaking Thank you for being open on Sat to take my car in for service. Air was leaking from tire. Ended up needing 4 new tires. Seems that more frequent than ???suggested ??? rotations must be necessary. I do everything that I can for regular maintenance.

I am not a smart man, but I am no fool either. I had to bring my vehicle back after having recall work done. I was told that my new battery was causing the replacement wiring recall work to not work properly. I had replaced my battery 8 months ago and have driven it under 5,000 miles. The service tech, Antwon,!said that as long as I did not pay over $200 to have the dealership reprogram the battery that I will continue to have problems and possibly cause more trouble for myself. Asked for over $300 in diagnostics for warranty repair I received a letter from BMW USA saying my 530i was covered under warranty for a passenger seat mat failure. I had a passenger seat airbag error on my car so I took it in. The service center said it would cost $89 to diagnose even though my VIN was part of the warranty extension. After they said they couldn???t find the covered code, the service manager said it would cost $212 more to diagnose further. This is not acceptable and poor customer service.

Car making a noise The noise was found to be the amplifier. The noise doesn???t stop when the car is turned off. Owner will be out of town until mid to late December. Unable to wait for part to be ordered. Will have to do this in Dec . Would like to have part waiting when return.

Customer centric They have been very customer centered. I have had a chronic check engine light for about a year and they have been relentless in trying to chase down and fix this problem.

Alignment Callled at 4 PM wanting a same day alignment. Was told come in, we???re open to 6PM. In and out in under 30 minutes.

This is not BMW standard I am so mad that I did not get any sort of notification about an extended warranty. My car was in for service at 33,000 miles and just now at 46,000. I am now out of warranty. Every year you have emailed and called about an extended warranty when my car approached the mileage cut off. I definitely wanted to purchase the warranty. My husband and I have bought 4 cars from you. This does not live up to the standard of excellence that you promote and we expect.
