Recall I set up an appointment for a recall and the part was not in when I arrived. I now have to take it back in.

Expensive and no follow up. No follow up for records after repeated attempts. Water damage to vehicle purchased at Steve Landers. They are all the same company. Be warned before you go.

repair accelerator pedal Simple replacement of accelerator pedal. Part ordered and received in a timely manner. Service appointment was set up shortly. Thought amount of time for installation was reasonable.

Not to the level I would expect. The service was not to the level I would expect from BMW. It is really disappointing when you tell the service person you have a hole in your tire (whilst also getting your oil changed) and you need it looked at and when you return you are told they could not find a problem. You leave and your pressure already shows to be down. You return and they then find it and fix it within 10 minutes... You leave and go home and then discover that your jack cover it missing...

damaged car Both driver side wheels have been scuffed while at the dealership I did not meet talk to the mechanic the greeters told me I need additional work tires alignment I do not know if the work was done i only have your word for that.

Do not recommend Expensive, takes a long time, don???t call to update you on your vehicle, job not thorough, either don???t notice other issues or don???t ask if you would like them fixed while it???s in the shop, parts never seem to be in stock, complicated processes.

Unsatisfactory Every time bring my vehicle I have to bring it back for something else that wasn't happening before I brought it in for service. Antwon is always professional and polite this is not a issue with him.

Oil gasket I was charged over $500 dollars for this service the part was $55 dollars the other $500 came from labor and my car was only in service for an hour at the most.

Unsatisfactory I just purchased a new 2017 230i bmw about 2.5 or 3 weeks ago and the fuel pump is bad! I was told by the dealership that Bmw is aware that they have issues with the fuel pumps. I asked why they didn???t disclose at time of purchase and they didn???t say. They replaced the fuel pump and now the car smells horrible! I reach out to them about it.
