Passive restraint system I was traveling through Little Rock when my 5-series??? passive restraint warning light came on, indicating it needed servicing. I gave BMW of Little Rock a call, they said, sure bring it in, they could take care of it, and they did. In and out in under an hour and it cost nothing.

Friday Night In and Out Drove in @ 5:45 on a Friday when I noticed my heads up display and time not working. Jack Tester immediately got the service manager for a consult. Problem could not be corrected until next week with a new part but sent me on my way in a beautiful loaner!!

What - no air! I had my air set on 66 degrees and for the life of me, no cold air. Usually at that temperature it is always cold. I had Dylan take a peek at it and he realized the little heat/air wheel was turned to the heat side. Wow, talk about feeling stupid when he told me that!. The good news, I now have cold air again! Thanks Dylan, You Rock! (and thanks for not laughing too hard)

Service Quick to get me in for service. Very friendly. Prices are crazy expensive. Felt like I was being sold services I didn???t need. Bill wasn???t correct and had to be revised.

Oil change Typically, I reciecve A-1 service, but on Saturday it was not so. Jack Tester is my guy and he was absent. I brought my car for an oil change, and it took over an hour and half (usually lessr) and they returned my car without washing or vacuuming. Thought these were complimentary with an oil change. I addressed it and then they drove it thru the car wash. My car was Returned without being vacuumed. Maybe they were understaffed but I thanked the team anyhow and left.

Convertible top would not go down with remote well. Convertible top would not go down with remote well.Low nitrogen in the tires. Piece of plastic worked it???s way loose offer for protection under the seat.

New Purchase The overall transaction of dealing with everyone at this location was an overall great experience. The salesman, Michael was just AMAZING and went out of his way to earn our business. The only real thing that we had an issue with was the paperwork. We had the deal worked out and had all the numbers settled on etc., before I arrived to test drive and sign the documents. Service review I was not really greeted when i arrived. When I arrived I handed the lady my service clinic invite and nothing was really explained to me. I was just told I didn???t have the number which confused me (since I didn t know what that meant or that there was a winning number involved). I dropped my car off at 1:00 and around 4:30-5 I had to call and check on My car which was then told it was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car nothing was explained as far as my car check went. Air service My service was good. Went in to get air fixed, had originally called ahead you get a qout... was quoted $200, but end up needing something else which was $1500. That sucked!! Had my mind set to spent$200, not $1500.
