"False Advertising on Cars.com. Refused to honor internet..." False Advertising on Cars.com. Refused to honor internet price and Sales Mgr (Patrick) and Salesperson (Santos) were very rude and insulting. I reported this dealer to the FTC, Better Business Bureau, FL Attorney General, Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Dept. of Hwy Safety and Motor Vehicles, Cars.com, and Fields General Manager. Rarely, our vendor sites (i.e. Cars.com, Autotrader, etc.) may have incorrect or outdated information and so it's always best to either check out our website or contact us directly to verify pricing. Fields BMW in Orlando / Tropical Ford in Orlando Since posting my review, the Dealership Manager called me to inquire about my experience and seemed sincerely apologetic. Santos was my sales rep at Fields BMW and seemed very nice and helpful. However, his sales manager got involved and the shadiness began. Very bad experience!!! first i was pushed in to vehicle that i was not interested (demo) supposedly because it was the only one i could get financed, second after refusing to that the salesman (Hector Rosario) started playing around with numbers to get me into the car i wanted and the car he was selling me was way overpriced, after looking at some numbers he took me out on the lot to see cars i told him 100 times that i only wanted LOW milage he tried showing me a ... read more

"We are not new to BMW, we have owned ten BMWs in th last..." We are not new to BMW, we have owned ten BMWs in th last twenty years. The majority of our other BMWs were bought from the BMW dealership near our home(within five miles). Despite buying so many cars, we were somehow "forgotten" by our salesman who not only failed to recognize us when we walked on the sales floor, but when we had prospective buyers call him, he did not return their calls.
