"Fields BMW has the worst service. " Fields BMW has the worst service. Whenever they want you to upgrade your car, or whenever they are selling a car they treat you like ROYALTY. "Free" food, cookies, water, ice cream...etc. If you are looking to buy and ask them for a foot massage they probably would give you ine without hesitation. A few months ago I went for a problem my 2014 3 series was having. It took them 3 days with my car to tell me that the battery was being drained. "STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP" Stay away from this place! What you agree with the salesman at the front is completely different from what you end up signing at the end. And expect horrible service from the SALES dept. I received my car without a manual & spare tire. And it took them a week to locate a manual, and still no spare tire. Find other dealership other than field's. This comes from someone who has dealt with FIELDS Twice. They leave you with a really bad feeling.

"no oil " they told me a big story about how they service every car that comes in if it dont meet there standards it goes to the auction the hood would not stay up and I didnt check the oil when I got home I herd a ticking noise so I checked the oil and it wasnt any on the dip stick even the brake fluid was low I was very disappointed I would have been better going to a buy here pay here lot

"BRAND NEW “2017 BMW X6 “" Worst dealership in history they wash the car and was not proper wash and they Re-wash they try clean again the spots and rub off the paint and have repaint the section of my car and they mess up my brand new 2017 X6 BMW my car only have 1500 miles when I bring to the shop for service and it was a nightmare. I will never ever go back to FIELD’S BMW in ORLANDO again

"I need help, Fields BMW from South Orlando is ripping me off" I took my BMW X5 due to an Engine Malfunction Reduce Power light that came up a couple of weeks ago, I call my insurance company and tow my vehicle to Fields BMW and requested a full diagnose on my X5. "Ruined a great experience " Had a great experience at the Orlando fields bmw. Al was a very good sales person, manager Lance came over and assisted Al in closing the deal. Prior to closing the transaction, I was promised some mats that Al said weren't available and he had to order it. Fast forward a day later, I got a follow up call from Al to see how everything was going with the car and at that point he went back on his word as far as the mats I was promised. "Drove 6 hrs to be let down." On 4/19/2017 I bought a 2015 INFINITI Q 40 on-line and I was told that there were no dings or dents, When I went to pick the car up on 4/23/2017 the right front bumper was damaged and trim ring missing from fog light. I was offered $150 off purchase price. This was not acceptable and I am taking the time to bring this to your attention as this was a total waste of my time. "Service" I made an appointment with Eric Ramos but when i arrived Michael Crenshaw was the one that greeted me and ended up taking care of my vehicle, Michael is NOT customer service friendly AT ALL, he was blunt and even cut me off at times, i told him what was wrong with my vehicle and he cut me off and told me to have a seat that they were going to call me later on. "Looks like I got forgotten by my service agent." I understand it was the new year holiday and there might be a shortage of staff, but since this is a BMW dealership I would expect the quality of service to be of the same high caliber I have experienced elsewhere, no matter when I come in for a service.
