"Since they are the only BMW dealership in town they treat..." Since they are the only BMW dealership in town they treat you that way. They have that take it or leave it attitude and I barely completed my purchase. I’ve never in my life tolerated being treated like mike and jay treated me. I recommend dealing with anyone but them if you really want a BMW.
"Unacceptable level of service. " Brought my X6 in for service. A trim piece below front passenger seat keeps falling off, constant door ajar message, an audio problem and a couple of others they “couldn’t” confirm. The vehicle was there for 3 days. On the 3rd day I received a call that the vehicle would be ready for pickup at the end of the day that the part for the door had arrived. I would receive a phone call when it was ready. "Shady as they get " Took my car here for a recall. I originally wanted to have it done at the north orlando dealership as they have done work on my car before without issues. After arriving, they recorded the body of my car before working on it. I was told the airbag recall and blower was all done from the interior. 2 hours later, I was told my car was ready. "No more BMWs for everyone I know!! " Do not buy BMWs. Many alternatived. With professional and humble customer service. Spoke to Onyx who promised to call me after getting a part. Did not. Called him and asked him what happened. After 10 minutes of hold, was hung up on. Called back. No apologies from the hombre. "Poor customer service " Lack of communication didn’t have a loaner car until 6 weeks into service. Which was unacceptable. I will have to pay for the rental car because of this
"Routine service visit spoiled by tech misbehavior " I dropped my car off at 8 AM for a routine oil change and a headlight replacement. The service representative asked what time I needed my car back and I said 3 PM was fine since I wasn’t in a hurry, By 2:45 pm I hadn’t received any updates on the status of my car. "Good work Bad Service" Every time I come here I get even more inconvenienced. I get my car serviced here as it’s the closest dealership to me. Aside from a couple rude employees, one being a service manager, they never have loaners and claim you need to book an appointment 2 weeks in advance yet I can’t wait 2 weeks if the car I bought from you is malfunctioning with only 40k miles on it. "Bad service " Didn’t like the service ‘ took my 325i for a recall the car was driving perfectly before they fixed the recall the car would not start after they work with it! They told me that the starter was bad’ what a coincidence!? After i pick my car in a tow truck i fix it in my house’ starting my car i see that is leaking a lot of oil from the oilfilter area! I check and it was loose like the check or did something and didn’t tighten up correctly! Very disappointed....
