"They made a mistake and tried to make me pay" I took my BMW 550i to dealer since my lights were not working. They told me I would need to replace the Light Control Module which was $1325+Tax. I understood that and was fine paying it. They had to order it from another dealer location so I had to leave car there. They did give me a loaner car a 2015 BMW X1. "Bad service " Went in for an oil change that took almost three hours with only three cars in the service area when i showed up at 9a.m. Was told that it was 110$ and i explained to the service rep that I paid 83$ last time for an oil change on the same car. He said my car is a 540i which is a V8 and takes more oil, ignoring the fact that I paid 83$ last time i was there. "NOT A BMW CAR DEALER" On July 31, 2015 I was at the Fields BMW south dealership on Orange Blossom Trail, after being at the dealership for five hours, I was ready to sign a lease on a red 2015 335i. After negotiations with Mikhail Bouzko we agreed on $55,000. Since it's a 2015 they wanted to get rid of the car and of course 31st of the month. "Interesting day that could have gone better" I have never had bought a car from Fields BMW before and thought I would give them a try. I was from out of town and they had a particular car that I wanted to upgrade to. I entertained their "e-price" feature on the vehicle and received a timely reply with the new price on the car. "Lack of response by GM" I wrote a review on here regarding my negative experience with a used car. Mr Frank Fernandez responded to it and left his phone number. I called hoping to work it out and he never called back. So much for customer service. From a General Manager.

"1.5 Hours Wasted Waiting for a Salesman" I went to Fields South Orlando because I was interested in a 2014 M4 they had in stock. It was Sunday March 22, 2015 at 4:00 when I arrived. When I announced myself at reception, I was told everyone was busy but if I waited in the lounge someone would be with me. "Used car" I was sold a used car that needed $3500 in repairs 1 month after purchasing it. The salesman knew i would be driving it out of state and it was an unsafe car. After contacting them about the isdue and bringing it to another Dealer to fix,,They would not cover the cost.. The Other dealership stated that there would be NO WAY. They didnt know about the defects. I will never use them again or recommend them. SHADY

"Owner" The service was good but the service advisor advise me about the leaking oil cover. He stated that a common issue. I have own BMW for sixteen years and my last BMW was fourteen years old and didn't leak. I find that odd. When you buying a BMW car your paying for quality and Germany engineering.

"They transfer my tag and registration without my..." They transfer my tag and registration without my knowledge with no money or trade transfer. I was pulled over by the officer on my way their the next day, and to my surprise fined $114 for each citation. I missed work (out for works pay) , out $248 for tickets plus, parking . They know it was illegal and never made good on their word that they would refund me. I have spoken to the GM and the financial Guy who states he would send a check out.
