"Fields customer service sucks" I had to wait almost 2 weeks to reserve a loaner and when my car was not ready was told I could only drive loaner 50 miles a day. Considering that the average person has to make numerous stops and during the weekend has to run errands... 50 miles was unacceptable. I had to call a friend to take me around Bc I didn't want to pass the mileage. This is the main reason that I rather drive to Sarasota of BMW to get my service done. "Arm rest replacement" Arm rest was damaged during prior service event. The service manager instructed me to return the vehicle for inspection and replacement. The dealership replaced the armrest free of charge. The vehicle was cleaned and returned to me promptly. The service manager apologized for the inconvenience and I was on my way. Thank you.

"Pre-owned Jeep Trailhawk " Car not clean and showed poorly. Didn't come to agreement and walked. Manager called later and accepted our offer. Had an appointment to pick up the next day, the salesman nor manager was there. No one seemed to know about our deal, the car was still not clean. Waited a painful 2 hours to close a cash deal.

"Waiting car AFTER service was done" No complain for Michael Crenshaw ,he was very nice and helpful. After service was done I was told to wait outside and someone will bring me my car after service,when it's 90 degrees outside I believe no one wants to wait for car more then 30 min,they simply forgot about me,when I came back to register lady(unfortunately I didn't ask her name)gave me my key and I found my car on the parking lot!!!i totally understand that it was busy,but that's not the way you should take care of your cust... read more

"New Tire Purchase and Installation" I purchased 4 new tires to be installed.I dropped car off at roughly 1 pm on a Friday. Was told car would be done by 5 pm. I was the last customer to leave the dealership when my car was finished at 7 pm. Later that same evening, my low tire pressure indicator came on for my rear left tire. "Time to make BMW special again. " Did not even get service appointment made for. Plug the key in and came up with a few hundred dollars in trivial "services". Didn't seem to understand the purpose of this visit. Said not needed yet. Yep all this from the key. Ohhh wait, now that we have done what the key said,, darned if now we see the light and why you came in in the first place. "first time I had a good experience " I was in and out quickly which was a Christmas miracle because since I owned my car I've had nothing but issues. I'd never buy another BMW ever again as there is only fields dealerships in the Orlando area. Also BMW USA is a below average company do not buy a certified used car as It means nothing. With mine it came with one odd wrong tire size and they claimed the paperwork showed 4 correct tires and I must have switched one over myself to make it look like they had made an error....ser... read more

"Communication! " I had an appointment at 9:30AM. I did not have transportation and was going to wait figuring that I was in early and the task (spark plug change) shouldn't be too time consuming. I waited outside and my car was not pulled into the shop until 10:40AM. I waited until about 1PM and I had a friend pick me up and told the guy at the desk to notify me when the car would be ready. "Great service until the end" Very disappointed to watch the "lot boy" taking my M3 for a joy ride around the parking lot. Not acceptable for this type of dealership.
