Trying to sell tires that doesn't need replacing
Did not like. Lack of communication. They don't pick up the phone
Took 2 weeks to get new tires put on and replace a rim. Two weeks is a long time without a car. Service representative repeatedly kept calling me young lady. I have a name. I took great offense considering we're about the same age.
I wrote a review on Google about this company. After paying $3200 I had to take it to another bmw dealership that found errors in what was done. In addition to the errors other serious issues with the vehicle were not identified at all. Its took 2 days to get a call back about my issues and that only happened after I filed a corporate complaint. I would advise against dropping a car off at this location for maintenance
Bad services I've ever had
Car issue not being resolved. BMW being a prestigious and luxurious vehicle, one shouldn't expect issues with a vehicle like this.
