Terrible experience, from my car not being serviced the correct way. And the electric loaner I was given was a completely mess
Took my car in last week for a free safety check and brake fluid change. no problems noted. ABS light came on going home. Returned to dealership this week to check ABS. Dealer repeated a "safety check" and presented a list of "needed repairs" that exceeded the value of the car. Problem not fixed due to lack of parts. Returning today for a part that may or may not fix the issue. Absolutely no confidence in this shop.
This dealership was horrible to me. Gave me car a super low estimate, told me I had to put down at least 10k which I didn't and then told lied to me on every other question I asked
Went there for recalls on my 2006 bmw 325xi where they had to replace and cut wires wasn't done correctly and 2 days later my car stop running and driving due to bad connection to ecu I do not recommend going here for recalls
Great people but overall a poor experience.
the people were some friendly, some not so friendly. convenient drop off and pick up. I was not call as was promised about extended warranty. The cost was above the range of local garages.
Pay $255 for them to tell me something that was not even wrong with my car never again
Appointment was made for an oil change and a state inspection. No inspection was done. Brake assessments change every visit (both up and down). I have called twice this week asking to talk to the service manager. No return calls after 6 days. During the last visit service went into my trunk and pulled my battery telling me I it was at 34%. I decline the $400 + battery. A local auto store sells an equivalent for under $180 installed.
Awful. No one offered any explanation as to why I spent $8000 on repairs in 2 years when my car had less than 90,000 miles and was a 2018 other than to say, when bmws get age in them, the repairs are expensive. They have singlehandifly turned me away from buying another bmw if the cars can't even go 100,000 miles without major issues. I prepaid for 3 years of oil changes and was told if I didn't have the car, I would receive a refund on the unused portion, but I doubt I will receive it.
